Hi! I know, it's been a long time since I last posted. I've been so busy with writing and life . . . well, blogging just seemed to be put on the back burner, so to speak.
Anyway, I'm talking about why people write. But only kinda-sorta, because what do I know about people? (._.) Absolutely nothing, that's what. People confuse me greatly. So I try to stay away from confusing people, therefore people think I'm an Introvert, when really, I just don't want to kill my brain by over-thinking. Trust me, it can be done.
RIGHT. Like I was saying, why do people write? Well, people write for many different reasons. Some write to get their thoughts and feelings out of their way. Say, someone really doesn't like someone else, they might write them into a story and then completely destroy and mutilate their character. I've been known to do this.
Others write for fun! You know, to create crazy and silly stories that they keep only to themselves. Well, they might occasionally write a sweet little story for someone they care about.
A few might write as their career (Say, multi-millionaire bestselling writers who have already established themselves). I would love to do nothing more than to write and edit and do writerly things all day. Perhaps when Changing Time becomes a bestseller and makes thousands, I shall (Hey, Veronica Roth hit bestseller on her first book. I'm pretty sure it's not all that impossible).
Some people (coughmecough) write to rid themselves of their psychopathic/sociopathic and schizophrenic tendencies. You can know their writing by how many people they kill (This is mostly bestsellers. And they ALWAYS kill that one, unsuspecting, poor person two pages before the end. RIP Surprisingly killed characters).
Some people (coughmeagaincough) write because they are really a bunch a different people inside, and they're trying to be one person. So they choose who they want to be and then write the rest onto the pages of a story.
Okay, so there are a few of the many reasons people write. Now, not everything I say should be taken seriously. Okay, 98% of what I say shouldn't be taken seriously. So, yeah. (o_o)
You may be wondering why I wrote this worthless blogpost. All I can say is that I needed to post something. And I got this idea. Aaaaand. . . . that's all.
God bless!
